Return Terms & Conditions
Products returned due to customer error or change in requirements:
- Must be in brand-new condition, with the box sealed and unmarked.
- Credit will be issued for the product only.
- Returns within 30 days of the invoice date will receive full credit.
- Returns between 30 and 60 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Returns beyond 60 days will not be accepted.
Products returned under warranty:
- If a replacement product is issued, the customer agrees to pay for it.
- If the product is found to be out of warranty or not covered, it will be returned without credit.
- Credit will be issued only if the manufacturer confirms a fault.
If a credit is requested:
- Credit will be issued only if the product is confirmed to be covered under warranty.
- If the product is deemed out of warranty or not covered, it will be returned without credit.
